Not a great first experience but can not fault

Not a great first experience but can not fault there customer service. My parcel got lost but no fault of Medik8. it was Amazon courier service fault there the ones who lost it.
Anyway as far as customer service is concerned can not fault it.
I emailed them firstly about a skin consultation and Ella emailed me back with product recommendations and a step by step skin regimen to follow,
I sent a email this morning asking for a refund and Ella from customer service has emailed me back and issued the refund straight away.
The good news is I have placed a order with Look Fantastic and managed to get the products Ella suggested for me from there so all has worked out well in the end.
I am so looking forward to trying the Medik8 products as they all look amazing and have been given good reviews by all who have used them!!

Really Disappointing Much like the other reviews on here I…

Much like the other reviews on here I have fallen foul to Medik8’s appalling customer service. I ordered some products that were then marked as delivered which was impossible as I was not home (side note-they use Amazon to deliver packages). I emailed customer service to try and resolve this, after initially getting a prompt reply all my following emails have been ignored so I have paid a fair bit of money for absolutely nothing. To add to the frustration I have been spammed by the review company that they use asking me to rate the products that I didn’t even receive. I looked into the review company that they use and it is worth mentioning that they offer a service that ‘moderates’ reviews, so basically they are getting rid of the negative ones. Really poor experience all round, I recommend you purchase from a trusted supplier rather than direct from Medik8. Hopefully their products aren’t as bad as their delivery/customer service.

Cheap, nasty, zero replies from customer service

A cheap, poorly run brand pretending it's premium.
All of Medik8's products have burned layers off my skin, which isn't usually sensitive. Nobody will reply if you contact them by email. Ever.
Look at the cheap packaging. Smell the orange squash gloop of their 'vitaminC' product, then realise that this is a low cost, naff brand misleading people through high veblen prices.

These products definitely change your skin

Just thought I'd leave a review because quite frankly I could not disagree more with the negative reviews on here. When I was researching Medik-8 I simply wanted to know if the product would MAKE A VISIBLE DIFFERENCE. The answer is a definite and unequivocal YES.
First of all, these products changed by skin from day 1. I'm now 1 month in and can honestly say I no longer need to wear make up on my skin, since using Medik-8.
I definitely went all-in and bought the entire range that was applicable to me, so I didn't just dip a toe in- I hope this feedback helps other people try the wider range and follow the CSA system recommended by Medik-8 in order to get the results I got. I bought the pore minimising tonic, press n-glow, hydr-8 serum, Super C Intense (face), C Tetra Eye serum, Advanced Day Protect Face, Advanced Day Protect Eye, Crystal Retinol, Advanced Night face and eye. I can honestly say this has changed my skin and my skincare product choice for life. I was so impressed I've now researched more into the science behind the brand and am now convinced that I made the best possible choice for my skin and will be getting my whole family onto the range. I now also intend to train in the system and introduce it into my healthcare clinic (not a beauty clinic) because I am convinced in the scientific basis for, and effectiveness of, these products. I hope this helps somebody else have the confidence to try Medik-8. Finally, I had a small packaging issue and emailed Medik-8...they responded to me within an hour and completely resolved the issue. I would say their customer service is 5* just like their products.

Customer Service is BAD !

Products are good, just customer service is crap. I bought several products like Vit C and retiol. Unfoftunatelly in this time when shops are closed the only way to get answer is to send email. CS lady email me and said, that I can use Retinol and Vit C together. On my few question her answer was that short. Looks like they don't care.

The products are nice

The products are nice, they haven't change my skin as it says but certainly don't block pores and is cruelty free, this why I decide to try them and being using for over a year but las purchase a receive a almost empty product, they said is being fill properly but I can't see on front of me is not. And of course they won't refund or replace , even I have not reason to lie and spend hundreds of pound on it and never complain, even this happens once before. Just show they don't trust the customers . I think I be going for another company after finish the products.

THEY DELETE REVIEWS!!!

I posted couple of reviews (good and bad) on the website and the bad ones got DELETED. This is unacceptable, how desperate are you to sell your products? I got a strong allergic reaction to the pore mask which I never ever had with another brand and I thought it was important to share and of course the review is GONE!! Same thing with their pads. I am sure they pay for their current reviews as the majority of the items dont have any and if they do they have 5/5. SCAM!!! WILL NEVER BUY PRODUCTS FROM THEM.
I hope you wont delete THIS REVIEW.

What started as good customer service…

What started as good customer service practice, quickly deteriorated. I ordered a number of products, one of which, was an error. I made contact with customer services immediately in order to replace one of the products with a more expensive one before despatch took place. I received a prompt email explaining this was not possible, but offering a number of options, non of which was suitable. As I had been told the order had not been despatched, I requested a cancellation of my order and a total refund. My emails have since been ignored and the products despatched to me regardless. Such a shame as I wanted to order the products directly from Medik8. I won't be doing so again.

Waiting 2 months

I waiting 2 months for my order and no status on the tracking.
I contacted customer services via email they tell me that my order had been lost and if I would like to reorder or claim back a full refund, I requested for them to resend the new order in 1 week, but nothing happened. Still no tracking number and I’ve tried to contact them several times and they put my email address in black list. Now I can't sent mails to customer services. Absolutely unprofessional for the price you pay.

Weird sizing, good products

The products are great and I love them! But I really don't get the sizing. I got 3 products: the AHA/BHA cleanser is 150 ml and you only need a tiny amount, also you should not use it every day, so it will probably last me a whole year. The scrub is 75 ml which is a decent size. But the Ultimate Recovery cream is only 30 ml! Why?? I've used it for 3 weeks and it's almost empty now. And it costs 50 euros. I don't really get it. It is the only size they have available.
